رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wafil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar
Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

اللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلًا
Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja‘altahu sahlan wa anta taj‘alu al-hazna idha shi’ta sahlan
O Allah, there is no ease except in what You make easy, and You make difficulty easy if You will.

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلاَلِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
Allaahummak-finee bihalaalika ‘an haraamika wa ‘aghninee bifadhlika ‘amman siwaaka
O Allah, suffice me with what You have allowed instead of what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others besides You.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee ‘a’oothu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal’ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal
O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i .e . others).

رَّبِّ زِدۡنِي عِلۡمٗا
Rabbi zidnee 'ilman
My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Rabbana afrigh 'alayna sabran wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna 'alal-qawmil-kafireen
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي
Allahumma-hdini wa saddidni
O Allah, guide me and keep me on the right course.

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Rabbanaghfir lee wa liwalidayya wal-mu'mineena yawma yaqumul-hisab
Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي رَاضِيًا بِقَضَائِكَ، وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا قَسَمْتَ لِي، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
Allahumma aj‘alni radiyan bi-qada’ika, wa barik li fima qasamta li, waj‘alni minash-shakirin
O Allah, grant me contentment with Your decree, bless me in what You have provided for me, and make me among those who are grateful.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ أَعْمَالِنَا خَوَاتِيمَهَا وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِنَا يَوْمَ نَلْقَاكَ
Allahumma aj‘al khayra a‘malina khawatimaha wa khayra ayyamina yawma nalqak
O Allah, let the best of our deeds be the last ones we perform, and the best of our days be the day we meet You.
